Hi I just wanted to ask how should I update my teams? According to my knowledge, users can manually download updates by clicking Check for updates on the Profile drop-down menu on the top right of the app.
If an update is available, it will be downloaded and silently installed when the computer is idle. If it shows you have the latest updates, that means you indeed already have the latest version in your tenant. For the second question, I would like to confirm if you mean Microsoft Teams Room app?
